Delivery -
We dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Our chosen courier delivery service operates on a ‘next working day from dispatch’. Goods will be delivered on the next working day after they leave Bait Guru HQ.
If you have provided an email and telephone number you will receive notification of dispatch and tracking updates.
From time to time there may be changes to the delivery timescales due to forces outside of our control.
Any difference will be visible on our pages in the announcements bar at the top of the page.
Collections -
When wishing to collect your completed bait order please contact us by telephone on 07896 787 643 to confirm the date, time and collection point for your order.
Winter Months -
Throughout December, January and February we move to a 7 day lead time for dispatch. Please allow 10 days for delivery. However we always strive to keep to a 72 hour turnaround on all orders.
Discount Codes & Sales
All Discount Codes & Sale prices exclude anything bought in a bundle or items that are already reduced in price i.e clearance or ex-display. Any items returned that were purchased on sale can only be refunded at the sale price and not exchanged for anything that is at the full RRP.

14 Days Refund/ Returns Policy
We have a no questions asked 14 days returns policy from the day you receive your items as long as the item is not a Custom Print and hasn't been personalised with your name on the back.
If you wish to return an item our returns address is below. Please attach a letter advising us what you to exchange the item form and why.
